Research: Social Media Do’s and Dont’s

Courtesy of, good rules of thumb for managing your social media presence. Among the good advice, some of my favorites are:

1. Merge your traditional and social media presence. They can and should work together.

2. The only way to scale word of mouth: paid advertising. Digital isn’t the road to bigger margins. It’s a targeted pathway to increased revenue.

3. If you don’t see financial results, you wasted your money. And if you aren’t investing? You’re wasting your time. Either way…dollars.
